Manifesting Generators: the multi-track builders
A Generator variant with a motor connected to the throat. Manifesting Generators respond like Generators but move faster, run several projects at once, and famously skip steps, sometimes brilliantly, sometimes needing to loop back. Their strategy adds a beat: respond first, then inform the people your speed will affect. Signature: satisfaction. Not-self theme: frustration, often spiked with impatience and anger.
Manifestors: the initiators
The only type designed to initiate from scratch. Manifestors have a motor to the throat without sacral definition, and a closed, repelling aura that clears the road ahead of them. Their strategy is to inform: telling those in their orbit before acting, not to ask permission but to reduce the resistance their independence tends to trigger. Signature: peace. Not-self theme: anger.
Projectors: the guides
Projectors carry no defined sacral, and their focused, penetrating aura is built for seeing systems and people clearly rather than for long hours of output. Their strategy is to wait for the invitation, offering their guidance where it has been genuinely asked for, because unsolicited insight bounces. Signature: success. Not-self theme: bitterness, the residue of wisdom ignored.
Reflectors: the mirrors
The rarest type, which the system's own teaching puts at around one percent of people. Reflectors have no defined centers at all. They take in and amplify the energy around them, making them exquisite barometers of their communities, and unusually sensitive to place and company. Their strategy is to wait a full lunar cycle, about 29 days, before major decisions, letting the moon carry them through their whole spectrum of experience first. Signature: surprise and delight. Not-self theme: disappointment.
How to find your human design type
You need your birth date, exact time, and birthplace, the same data an astrologer would request, and any bodygraph calculator will return your chart. The time matters more here than in some systems, since a few hours can redraw which centers are defined. Once you have the chart, your type is stated outright, along with your authority, the system's term for how you are built to make decisions, which is a subject for another essay.
A note from experience: people meeting their type tend to have one of two reactions, a grin of recognition or a flat refusal. Both are data. Sit with the description for a week and watch your actual days before ruling.
