All readings, articles, quizzes, and guidance on this site are provided for entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and you should never delay seeking professional help because of something read or heard here. You must be 18 or older to use reading services.

Advisors are independent

Advisors featured on this site are independent consultants, not our employees. Each advisor is responsible for the content of their readings. We review advisors before listing them and remove profiles that don't maintain our standards, but we don't guarantee any particular outcome of a reading.

Sales & refund policy

• Reading sessions. You control the length of every conversation, and any costs are always shown to you before you commit to anything. Completed reading time is non-refundable - except where a technical failure on our side prevented the session from taking place, in which case contact us and we'll make it right.
• Digital products. Digital downloads (reports, guides, workbooks) are delivered by email and are non-refundable once delivered, given their nature. If a file arrives broken or wrong, we'll replace it or refund it - just tell us.
• Physical products. Physical store items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a refund of the item price. Contact us first for return instructions.
• Processing. Payments are processed by third-party checkout partners under their own terms; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Be respectful in chats. Don't harass advisors, attempt to defraud the site or its partners, scrape content, or probe the site's security. We may refuse service or remove referral partnerships where these rules are broken.

Affiliate program

Referral partners are credited through a 30-day first-party cookie. Commission terms are agreed individually and paid on reconciled sales. Self-referrals, cookie stuffing, spam, and misleading promotion void commissions and end the partnership.

Content & availability

Site content (articles, images, design) belongs to us or our licensors - personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is welcome; republication isn't. We aim to keep the site available around the clock but can't promise uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or a reading is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
