How it is worked out
Reduce the month, the day and the year of your birth to single digits separately, then add the three and reduce again. Keep 11, 22 and 33 whole whenever they appear: they are the master numbers. For July 29, 1990: 7, then 2 + 9 = 11 (kept), then 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, 1 + 0 = 1. So 7 + 11 + 1 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, and 1 + 0 = 1.
