Why do I keep seeing repeating numbers?

There are two honest answers, and they fit together. Your brain notices what matters to you, so once a number catches your eye you see it more often. The useful part is the timing. Keep a note for a week: the number, the time, where you were and what was on your mind. Often the sightings cluster around one worry, one decision or one person, and that is the real subject of the reading. There is a plain name for the noticing itself, the frequency illusion: once something matters to you, your attention catches it everywhere. That does not make the moment empty. It shows you what you are already paying attention to.

If the numbers started after someone died, or match a birthday or a date that was theirs, that is a tender question of its own. Many people find comfort in it, and an honest reader will go gently, but nobody can promise a number is a message from the person you lost. While the loss is still raw, a bereavement service or a grief counsellor can offer support a reading cannot.
