If you are asking whether you have psychic abilities, the honest answer is that most people have more intuition than they ever use, and a smaller number have something sharper. This quiz gives you eight questions drawn from what I hear most often in readings, a score at the end, and a plain explanation of what that score does and does not mean.
How to take this quiz
Answer each question with "often" or "rarely", score one point for every "often", and base your answers on what has actually happened to you rather than what you wish happened. Eight questions, two minutes, no hidden scoring.
Most intuitive people never use the word psychic about themselves. They say things like: I just knew. I dreamed it first. I walked into the room and felt it. I knew who was calling before the screen lit up. Those sentences are the raw material of this psychic abilities quiz, and they are worth taking seriously rather than laughing off.
Keep a note of your running score as you go. If you want a second opinion afterwards, the how psychic are you quiz asks a different set of questions, and the two together give you a steadier picture than either one alone.

The first four questions: knowing and dreaming
These four cover precognition and direct knowing, the two experiences people describe to me most often before they ever consider a reading.
Do you dream things before they happen? Not symbolic dreams you stretch to fit afterwards. Clear ones: a conversation, an accident avoided, a person you have not seen in years turning up, and then a close version of it happening within days.
Do you know who is contacting you before you look? The phone lights up and you already know it is your sister, and that she is upset, before you see the screen. A name arrives in your head and that person messages you the same afternoon.
Have you ever known something you had no way of knowing? A fact about a stranger, a place you have never visited described correctly, a sudden certainty that someone was lying while everyone around you believed them, later proved right.
Did this show up in your childhood, or in your family? Many intuitive adults were sensitive children: companions who knew real things, dread of particular houses, dreams the family learned to listen to. Very often there is a grandmother or an aunt who quietly had it too. Score a point if either half fits.
The last four questions: feeling and timing
These four cover the body and the environment, which is where sensitivity shows up when it does not arrive as a clear thought.
Do you feel other people's emotions as if they were your own? You walk into a house feeling fine and leave heavy, angry or tearful for no reason of your own, then learn what had been going on there. Crowds flatten you. One person's bad mood follows you home.
Do places give you strong, specific impressions? An old building feels joyful or wrong the moment you step inside. You dislike a room without knowing why, or you feel pulled to stand in one particular spot and cannot say what the pull is.
Do you get physical signals before events? A tight stomach before bad news, a buzzing in your hands before a big shift, waking at a significant hour on a significant night. Your body seems to hear things before your mind catches up.
Do signs cluster around you? Repeating numbers at meaningful moments, a song arriving on cue, animals behaving oddly around emotional events, objects turning up. Not once, but as a pattern running across years.
What your score means
Scores land in three bands, and all three describe something real. Nobody comes out of this with no ability at all, and nobody who scores eight is finished learning.
Zero to two: grounded intuition. You have the ordinary human kind: pattern recognition, empathy and good instincts about people. It serves you well and it sharpens with use. You probably read rooms and liars better than you give yourself credit for.
Three to five: active intuition. This is the most common result, and it is a genuine one. Your knowing happens often enough to have a track record, but it is inconsistent: strong when you are rested and quiet, patchy when you are stressed or trying to force it. The ability is there. What you do not have yet is any control over when it arrives.
Six to eight: strong natural ability. You already trust your first impression over other people's arguments, because it has been right too often to ignore. People come to you for reads on situations, and someone has probably called you spooky, half joking. The question is no longer whether you have something, but whether you want to shape it. If this is you, the signs of psychic ability walks through them one at a time, and the clair senses explained will tell you which channel yours comes through.

What a high score does not mean
A high score does not mean you can read minds, predict dates, or look at anything you choose. It means you pick up information through channels most people ignore, in patches, with no on switch yet.
It also does not mean every strong feeling is a message. Grief, hope, dread and plain old habit all imitate a psychic hit, and they do it most convincingly in questions about love and money, which is exactly where people want certainty most. The intuitives I respect are the strictest about this. They keep notes, they check impressions against outcomes, and they say "I do not know" without embarrassment when nothing is there.
If your score surprised you in either direction, treat it as a starting point rather than a verdict. Sensitivity that switches on suddenly in your thirties or forties is usually part of a wider change rather than a standalone talent, and the spiritual awakening hub covers what tends to arrive alongside it.
How to develop it, whichever score you got
Start a log, practise on questions that do not matter, and guard your energy if feeling other people is your strongest channel. Those three habits do more for most people than any technique.
Keep a simple log. Date, impression, outcome, three lines in your phone. Within two months you will know your own hit rate, your strongest channel, and the situations where you should not trust yourself. Nobody else can hand you that data.
Practise on low stakes questions. Who is about to text. Which queue will move faster. What mood a friend is in before you call. Low stakes work builds the muscle without the emotional noise that distorts the questions you actually care about.
Guard your energy. If you scored a point on the question about other people's emotions, this matters more than any exercise. Time alone, time outdoors, and the habit of asking "is this feeling mine?" will carry you further than a method will. There is a fuller routine in how to develop psychic abilities.
Questions people ask about this quiz
Can a quiz really tell me if I am psychic?
No, and any quiz that claims otherwise is selling you something. Eight questions can show you whether your experiences cluster in a recognisable pattern and which channel runs strongest, which is genuinely useful. What they cannot do is test you. Only a record of impressions checked against real outcomes over months does that, which is why the log matters more than the number.
What if I scored high but nothing works on demand?
That is the normal experience rather than a failure. Intuition behaves like hearing in a noisy room: the signal is fairly steady, your attention is not. Most people find it arrives when they are rested, unhurried and not emotionally invested in the answer, then vanishes under pressure. Train for those conditions instead of chasing the result.
Does a low score mean I should stop trying?
Not at all. A low score mostly reflects how much attention you have paid so far. Ordinary intuition sharpens quickly once you write impressions down, because you stop discarding the hits and start seeing the shape of them. Plenty of people who scored two retake this a year later and score five, with nothing changed but their record keeping.
Taking the question to someone else
A reading is one of the few places you can ask about your own ability instead of your future, and it is worth doing once if the question keeps circling back. Bring specifics: the score you got, the question that made you stop, the one impression you cannot explain away.

I work in live text chat, so you can ask me about your own ability in plain words and compare what I pick up with what you scored. On SpiritClick your first answer is free, and after that you pay per answer, never per minute, so you can stop as soon as you have what you came for. The guide to live psychic chat explains how a session runs before you start one.
