Moon phase on October 7, 2022
The Moon was in Pisces all day (UTC).
Born under a waxing gibbous moon
When more than half the Moon is lit but it is not yet full, the mood turns toward refinement. Traditionally this is the time to analyse, tweak and perfect before the peak of the full moon. People born under a waxing gibbous are often seen as thoughtful, devoted improvers who want to understand how things work and make them better. If you are living through it, it can suit editing, practising and asking for feedback, while trusting that what you started is already taking shape.
Pick one piece of work or a habit you have been building. Ask yourself what single change would make it ten percent better, and make that change gently today.
The Moon in Pisces
With the Moon in Pisces, the day often feels soft, dreamy and emotionally porous. People become more intuitive, compassionate and easily moved by music, art or stories. These days suit creative work, meditation, rest, acts of kindness and any activity that lets the mind drift. Boundaries can blur and focus may wander, so leaving space in the schedule helps. It is a lovely time to watch a film, go for a swim or simply daydream.
