Questions people bring

Why can't I stop thinking about him?

Usually because the story has no ending yet: the mind keeps returning to what is unresolved, and contact that ran hot and cold makes it stickier. In a reading you can look at what he still stands for in your life and what keeps the loop running. It is not therapy, and thoughts that stop you sleeping or working for weeks deserve a counsellor too.

This is the one breakup question that is about you rather than him, so a reading has far more to work with.

What a reader can tell you

The usual reasons are ordinary ones, and none of them means something is wrong with you. A story that ended without an explanation keeps asking to be finished. Contact that was warm one week and cold the next trains you to keep watching for the warm week. And he may have filled a part of your day, the evening text or the drive home, which now has a gap exactly his shape. Naming which of these it is for you is often the first thing that loosens it.

There is a popular idea that you cannot stop thinking about someone because they are thinking about you, or because a soul tie or a cord is pulling at you. A reader cannot confirm either, and an honest one will point out how much that idea keeps you hooked. Spiritual language can still help: a cord cutting ritual, done as a decision rather than a spell, gives some people a clear moment to stop.

What helps is usually practical. Stop checking his profile, because each look restarts the clock. Notice when the thoughts come and what they are asking for: comfort, an answer, or a fight you never finished. A reader is good at spotting which piece is still open. If the thoughts are taking over your sleep, your work or your appetite for weeks on end, it is worth seeing a doctor or a counsellor as well; a reading can keep you company, but it is not treatment.
