How readers are chosen and checked

Every reader on SpiritClick is hand-picked by our founder, a career live-chat operator who spent years working the largest text reading platforms in the country, up to management and final escalation, and knows exactly what a real reader sounds like in writing. Readers are chosen and checked on one thing above everything else: how they answer.

The standard here is strict. Answer the question that was actually asked, completely. Say something specific and true. Never use fear, vague filler, or pressure to keep someone paying.

Because every reading is text chat, nothing hides: you can re-read every word your reader sends, and a reader who falls short of that standard does not stay on the roster.

You are never handed to a random operator or a script. You choose a named reader, you read their page before you start, and your first answer is free, so the reading itself is the tryout.

How billing works

SpiritClick charges per answer, never per minute. Your first answer is free. After that, the standard pack is eight answers for $35, fifteen answers cost $60, three answers cost $15, and a single answer costs $7. There is no clock running, no per-minute rate, and no phone call: your reading is a live text chat with a named human advisor.

You pay per answer, never per minute, and your first answer is free. Each reply from your advisor uses one answer from your balance. If a reply is split over several messages within two minutes, it counts once. Nothing is charged by time, and unused answers stay on your balance.

Answer packs are bought inside the chat. The three-answer pack works out to $5.00 an answer, and the fifteen-answer pack works out to $4.00 an answer.

Refunds

Live chat answers you have already received are not refunded in cash. The exception is a technical failure on SpiritClick's side that stopped a reading from taking place: in that case, contact SpiritClick and it will be made right. Answers you have not used are not lost; they stay on your balance.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If a file arrives broken or you receive the wrong file, it will be replaced or refunded.

Physical items from the SpiritClick store can be returned unused within 30 days.

Payments are processed by third-party checkout partners. When a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method.

What a reading is and is not

A SpiritClick reading is a live text conversation with a named human advisor, provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it should not replace a doctor, lawyer or financial professional. You must be 18 or older to use SpiritClick's reading services.

In practice, you open a reader's chat in your browser, type a question, and the advisor replies by typed message. Written chat takes longer to read than a phone call, and SpiritClick does not offer phone readings. If you would rather talk out loud, a phone-based service may suit you better.
